The program director for the Association of Contingency Planners, Northeast Florida Chapter (ACP), would like to invite you to consider speaking at a future chapter meeting and promoting your products and/or services as a vendor sponsor.

ACP International, founded in 1983, is the largest trade association for business continuity, emergency management, and disaster recovery professionals in the U.S. Northeast Florida members represent large companies such as Citi, Lender Processing Services, Winn Dixie, T-Mobile, Chase, University of North Florida, Blue Cross Blue Shield, as well as smaller firms and government agencies. Most members are contingency planning practitioners, as opposed to vendor reps, and they are in the position of making or influencing BCP-related purchasing decisions for their organizations.

The chapter meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, during from 2:30-4:00 pm. At the American Red Cross. We average 20 – 30 attendees (we currently have 75 members), with promotional notices going out to some 100+ professionals in the northeast Florida region.

Typically, each of our chapter meetings is sponsored by one vendor. The vendor receives a 15-minute presentation window, wherein they may directly promote their products/services. They also receive a networking table for displaying products, brochures, etc. and advanced promotion on our website and via our e-news (see latest edition, attached) and website:
http://www.northeastfloridaacp.org . In exchange, they sponsor snacks, drinks and a $25 drawing prize.

We are booking vendors for the 2012 year meetings and have an average of 25-30 members in attendance.

If your company is interested in sponsorship has products/services that would be a good fit for our program, please send an inquiry to
